Skilled Labourer

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Skilled Labourers to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring a safe and organized job site while supporting various trades in day-to-day operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual labor tasks, including site preparation and cleanup.
  • Assist with raking, shoveling, trenching, and material handling.
  • Safely operate hand tools and equipment as directed.
  • Load and unload materials and tools from trucks.
  • Follow safety protocols and work alongside heavy machinery.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in civil construction (Preferred).
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English is required.
  • Legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends if necessary.
