Delta, BC. | 2015 - 2025

Provide services for Landfill maintenance and operations. This includes cover material, fire protection & dust control, ditch maintenance, grass mowing, gas system maintenance, stockpile management, trench preparation, material tracking and data management.

RODDAN LODGE & EVELYNE SALLER CENTRE

Vancouver, BC. | 2018 - 2019

Construction of low-income high-rise downtown Vancouver. Bulk excavation of 7,000 cubic metres of soil, 3,000 cubic metres of contaminated soil remediation. Detailed footing excavation, mechanical trenching, slab prep, backfill & compaction.

PEACE ARCH HOSPITAL EXPANSION

Delta, BC. | 2015 - 2025

The project includes the construction of 8,083 m2 of new and renovated hospital spaces. We provide bulk excavation of over 10,000 cubic meters of contaminated soil, detailed footing excavation, fuel and contamination tank pulls and installation and mechanical and electrical trenching.

Surrey, BC | 2023 -2024

Complete detailed excavations for foundations. Site services, Including water, sanitary, and storm. Under-slab mechanical and electrical trenching. Removed contaminated materials.

FORTIS BC CoV Biogas Project

Delta, BC | 2023 - 2024

Site Prep, Detailed foundation excavations, and Site services, including water, storm, Sanitary, and Methane gas collection systems.

GFL RICHMOND

Richmond, BC | 2020

Civil and Piling works for the new GFL Richmond Material Recovery Facility.

HOLY CROSS Early Site Servicing Civil Works

Surrey, BC | 2022-2023

Completed new access driveways and on-site services, Including Water, storm and sanitary works.

MARINE LANDING

Vancouver, BC | 2022 - 2023

Complete detailed excavation for under slab mechanical including CBs and sump pits, complete slab on grade prep, install off site works, including water, storm, sanitary, sidewalks and paving.

TRANSLINK OMC VEHICLE SHOP

Burnaby, BC | 2021-2022

This multi-year project included multiple phases of construction and involved bulk and detailed excavations for the new buildings, site services for storm, sanitary, water and electrical duct banks.

TRANSLINK SKYTRAIN OMC POWER SYSTEM

Burnaby, BC | 2019

The project included construction of site utilities, building expansion, road works, jacking and receiving pits for direction drilling and other associated work at OMC1.

WATERMAIN REPLACMENT PROJECT

Delta, BC | 2021

Supply and install 129 lineal meters of waterline for the City of Delta.

WILLOWBROOK NORTH FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Langley, BC | 2021 - 2022

Responsible for detailed excavation of footings, to multiple buildings and courtyards and site services, including Sanitary, Storm & water. Slab on grade preparation, Underside mechanical and electrical trenching.

YVR SFEC RELOCATION

Richmond, BC | 2021

The project includes the site prep & detailed footings excavation for the new energy center to increase the electrical capacity of the airport. We also installed water, storm and sanitary services to the building.
